Kairoi Residential to Build Fourth Dallas Rental Community
Kairoi Residential has built the Amelia in Dallas and has new projects going up in Uptown Dallas and North Oak Cliff. Now, the company is setting its sights on Travis Street north of Knox. It will be the company’s fourth Dallas rental community.
The new project is expected to be eight stories with 190 units. It will replace aging housing built in the mid-sixties. The development will have underground parking with a pool and deck on the third floor. The exterior of the building, designed by GFF, will consist of glass, masonry and metal panels. “None of these projects are rinse and repeat…It’s going to be a very boutique building. In our view, this will be a generational property for us forever,” said Tyler Sibley from Kairoi.
The Dallas projects are among nearly two dozen residential developments that the San Antonio-based Kairoi Residential has in its $4 billion construction pipeline.
