Kadima Developers broke ground on Seven Park Residences, a mixed-use venture in Broward County. The $70 million project is located at 218-220 SE Seventh Street in Hallandale Beach. Kadima Developers purchased the project’s 1.01-acre site for $5.3 million last summer. The town is between Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

Seven Park Residences will feature 124 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, with sizes between 500 and 1,645 square feet. The eight-story development will also include 4,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project is offering residents nearly 30,000 square feet of amenities, including a clean-edge pool, private cabanas, a fitness center and a wellness spa with a sauna and cold plunge.

SKLARchitecture is the project’s architect, and Fortune Development Sales is the project’s exclusive sales and marketing partner. The project is slated for completion in 2027.
