KABR to Reposition 2-Building Princeton Complex

CBRE Institutional Properties represented an institutional seller in the sale of 100 and 101 Thanet Circle in Princeton, NJ to the KABR Group. The two-building office complex totaling 110,000 square feet will be repositioned by KABR, consistent with its other acquisitions.

Jeffrey Dunne, Jeremy Neuer, Travis Langer and Zachary McHale represented the seller and procured the buyer. It’s the latest in a series of transactions on which CBRE and KABR have partnered.

“We continue to enjoy a great relationship with KABR,” said Dunne. “The buyer and seller achieved their goals in this transaction, and we look forward to working with both parties again in the near future.”

Neuer added that value-add deals “have become more difficult to find in our market, especially in strong submarkets. KABR was aggressive in their pursuit of this opportunity, and we anticipate similar success to their other projects that we have been involved with.”
