995 Bay Boulevard is a multi-tenant industrial building across from the Chula Vista Bayfront master plan west of the I-5 Freeway with on- and off-ramp access adjacent to the site. The 31,302-square foot industrial property recently sold for $6 million to KA Enterprises.

The buyer was drawn to the building because of the increased demand in the Chula Vista industrial submarket and limited supply available west of the I-5 Freeway.
