JVP Starts Work on 110K-SF Office Building at Frisco’s The Mix

JVP Development broke ground on the first office building at The Mix (shown), a mixed-use development located in Frisco’s North Platinum Corridor. The 110,000-square-foot Class A office building, 7725 Lebanon, marks a major milestone for the development, where 110,000 square feet of retail space, 635 multifamily units and the first three acres of The Mix’s “Central Park” are already under construction.

JLL’s T.D. Briggs and Blake Shipley are handling office leasing for the building on behalf of landlord JVP Development. 7725 Lebanon Road is expected to deliver in summer 2027. Arcadis is serving as architect, and AECOM Hunt is the general contractor for the office building.

Located at the corner of Lebanon Road and Parkwood Boulevard, The Mix will feature more than 20 food and beverage options, two hotels, significant corporate headquarters and boutique office space, a nine-acre activated park and a variety of residential options.
