JVM Realty Promotes Company Veterans Meyer, Kovich

JVM Realty Corp. a multifamily real estate investment and property management firm headquartered in Oak Brook, IL, has promoted company veterans Steve Meyer (pictured) and Jason Kovich to CIO and CFO, respectively. Both joined JVM in 2005, with Meyer coming aboard as CFO, a position he held for 13 years.

Kovich joined JVM as a financial analyst and directory of property management software. He rose through the ranks to become VP of finance in 2017.

President and CEO Jay Madary noted that Meyer and Kovich have made “significant contributions” to the company’s success. “We have seen tremendous growth under their leadership, and we will continue along this aggressive growth trajectory with Steve and Jason in their new roles.”
