JV to Redevelop Five Acres in Boston’s Fenway Neighborhood

A joint venture between WS Development, Fenway Sports Group Real Estate (FSGRE) and ’47 Brand has announced plans to redevelop multiple sites in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood currently owned by FSGRE.

The new JV will redevelop several sites totaling approximately five acres in close proximity to Fenway Park located on Jersey Street, Brookline Avenue, Van Ness Street and Lansdowne Street while respecting the historic fabric and character of the area around Fenway Park. The development review process is expected to kick off later this year.

“Boston is a city with a unique history and an incredibly bright future. And Fenway is Boston. This is an opportunity to help create a community-first place that adds to the fabric of this neighborhood we all love,” said Jeremy Sclar, CEO at WS Development. “We are deeply humbled to work alongside FSGRE and the D’Angelo family on these hallowed grounds.”
