JV to Develop 731K-SF Industrial Project in Hagerstown

A joint venture of PCCP LLC and Panattoni Development Co., Inc. has acquired a 90-acre site with plans to develop the Creekside Logistics Center, a 730,880-square-foot speculative industrial facility in Hagerstown, MD.

Located directly south of the Pennsylvania/Maryland border at 16422 National Pike, the project sits just off I-81 in an area in high demand from big box distribution tenants. The facility will feature 40-foot clear heights and is slated for completion in December 2021.

“This project presents a prime opportunity to purchase a shovel ready site in an area experiencing significant demand and minimal competing supply,” said Ryan Dodge, senior vice president at PCCP. “We are pleased to kick off our twelfth joint-venture with Panattoni and expand the relationship with the newly formed Northeast development team.”
