JV to Develop 526K-SF Industrial Facility in Cartersville

A joint venture between PCCP LLC and Panattoni Development Co. have announced plans to develop Bartow Commerce Center Building III, a speculative 526,400-square-foot Class A industrial warehouse on a 46-acre site in Cartersville, GA.

The project is within Bartow Commerce Center, which is located directly off Interstate 75 in Bartow County. Building 3 will be a cross-docked distribution center that will include 36-foot clear heights, a 185-foot truck court, 177 trailer parking spaces, 329 car parking spaces, 128 dock doors, LED lighting and ESFR sprinklers. Completion of construction is slated for June 2022. The new development project is the third facility PCCP and Panattoni will develop within Bartow Commerce Center.

“PCCP is pleased to launch yet another development with Panattoni in Bartow County,” said Ryan Dodge, Senior Vice President at PCCP. “We believe this facility will attract large users seeking state-of-the-art features and convenient access to Interstate 75 which is immediately adjacent to the site.”
