JV to Develop 315-Unit MF Community in Raleigh

PCCP and Terwilliger Pappas Multifamily Partners have formed a joint venture to develop Solis Cameron Hills, a 315-unit multifamily community in Raleigh.

Located on more than 10 acres in Raleigh’s Glenwood neighborhood, the planned community will consist of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The five building property will feature units with LED lighting, chef-inspired kitchens with islands, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The community will be walkable to the retail districts of Five Points and Cameron Village, which provide over 560,000 square feet of largely lifestyle and neighborhood retail.

“PCCP is looking forward to bringing a Class A multifamily project to Raleigh with Terwilliger Pappas, a best-in-class multifamily developer with a number of successful developments in the local market,” said Brian Haber, vice president at PCCP.
