JV to Develop 125K-SF Office Building in Alpharetta

A joint venture consisting of privately-held real estate investment company FCP and real estate firm Greenstone Properties has announced plans to develop Kimball Place at Parkway 40, a six-story office building in Alpharetta.

The approximately 125,000-square-foot building will feature a technology-enabled workspace with state-of-the art features that lower operating costs while optimizing individual comfort. Amenities will include an outdoor lounge complete with a fire pit, as well as direct walkability to the new Alpha Loop multi-use trail system, connecting people to activity centers, parks and jobs as well as to 86-acre mixed-use development Avalon.

Construction on the project will start this month, and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021. The architect is Wakefield Beasley/Nelson Worldwide, and the general contractor is Brasfield & Gorrie.
