JV to Deliver 462K-SF Gastonia Distribution Building

The Davis Companies and joint venture Intersect Development Group are teaming up to build a Class-A distribution building at 2550 Jenkins Dairy Road in Gastonia, North Carolina.

The Gastonia development will deliver a 462,000 square-foot, cross-dock distribution building to accommodate modern logistics and manufacturing users. The new facility will feature 40’ clear height, 100 dock doors, 215 trailer parking spaces, 328 auto parking spaces, and an ESFR sprinkler system. A fully circulating loop road and secured truck court give the site flexibility to support either a single-user or multi-tenant configuration.

Just west of Charlotte along Interstate 85, the Gastonia facility offers strong international connectivity while supporting potential tenant operations and workforce access. The expected completion date is January 2027.

Davis continues to expand its industrial platform in the Southeast, where transportation infrastructure, population growth and tenant demand support long-term investment.
