JV to Break Ground on 320-Unit Apartment Community in Cumming

A joint venture comprised of Terwilliger Pappas and Mill Green Partners has announced plans to break ground on Solis Cumming Town Center, a $70 million apartment project in downtown Cumming.

The development is slated to consist of 300 apartment units and 20 townhome units and will be the multifamily component of the Mashburn Village mixed-use development. Mashburn Village will include 193,000 square feet of retail space and 85 single family homes.

Solis Cumming Town Center was designed by Dwell, E&M, B&C Studio and Kimley-Horn. The general contractor is New South. The project is slated to deliver in 2022.
