JV to build 302-uniit BTR community in Wildwood

JV Starts Work on Wildwood BTR Community

Advenir and Oakley Capital are teaming up on the LEO at Wildwood, a 302-unit build-to-rent community NW of Orlando. The project will be adjacent to The Villages. It will go up on 39 acres near the southwest corner of County Road 472 and County Road 117 and will include cottages with garages, carriage homes, duplexes, stacked duplexes and row houses.

It is expected to see its first homes ready for occupancy in January 2025.

Units at LEO at Wildwood will rent for between $1,900-$2,700 per month. Homes there will range from 782 to 1,300 square feet in size and units will include fenced backyards, keyless door entry, stainless steel appliances, energy-efficient dual-pane windows and high ceilings.

The community also will have other amenities such as pocket parks and walking trails.

The Orlando Business Journal reports the partnership bought the 39-acre assemblage for $8.5 million in September 2022.
