JV Snags 792-Bed Student Housing Property in College Station

A joint venture between TEXLA Housing Partners and a private equity firm advised by Crow Holdings Capital has purchased Holleman Crossing, a 792—bed student housing property near the campus of Texas A&M University in College Station.

Located at 2200 Cottage Ln, the garden-style community consists of one-, two- and four-bedroom units spread across 20 buildings. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool, private study rooms and a dog park.

Jeyton McNair and Greg Jasper of Stafford Barrett represented the seller, who was not disclosed, in the transaction. The JV plans to implement a capital improvement program at the property.
