JV Snags 492K-SF Tri-County Business Park in Tampa
A joint venture between South Florida-based companies Biscayne Atlantic and Genet Property Group have acquired Tri-County Business Park, a 492,235-square-foot office complex in Tampa. The sales price was not disclosed.
Located at 13300 McCormick Dr. in Tampa’s Westside industrial submarket, the property consists of 14 light industrial buildings and was approximately 80% occupied at the time of sale. The buildings offer varying clear heights with grade-level and dock-high loading, and bay sizes range from 1,000 to 25,000 square feet.
Jason Hochman and Michael Ciadella of Cushman & Wakefield secured a $30 million, fixed-rate acquisition loan from Bank United on behalf of the joint venture. The seller was BAR JCR Tampa Flex Owner LLC.
