JV Snags 48K-SF Medical Office Building in Rhode Island

Anchor Health Properties and joint venture partner The Carlyle Group have acquired a 48,000-square-foot medical office building in the Providence submarket of East Greenwich, R.I.

Located at 1454 South County Trail, the two-story property was built in 2013 and is currently 100% occupied by Lifespan Health System, Rhode Island’s largest health network with eight hospitals and more than 24,000 employees. Services offered in the facility include cardiology, pediatrics, primary care, and lab space.

Michael Greeley of Newmark represented the seller, Albany Road Real Estate Partners, in the transaction. Synovus Bank provided debt financing services the joint venture. The sales price was not disclosed.
