JV Snags 421K-SF Retail Center in Attleboro

Unison Realty Partners and Argosy Real Estate Partners have acquired Bristol Place, a 421,680-square-foot shopping center in Attleboro, in a joint venture. The sales price and seller were not disclosed.

Located at 1130 Newport Ave., the center is anchored by supermarket chain Market Basket. Additional tenants include Home Depot, Party City, Bob’s Discount Furniture, Hobby Lobby and TJ Maxx. The property was built in 1993 and renovated in 2013.

The Wilder Cos. has been selected as property manager and leasing agent for the center, which marks the seventh retail property that Wilder manages on behalf of Unison.
