JV Set to Kick Off Spec Project in Rosillo Creek Industrial Park
A joint venture of PCCP LLC and Milam Real Estate Capital will develop a speculative 560,500-square-foot industrial building located along Interstate 10 near the Loop 410 interchange in northeast San Antonio. The site is within Milam’s 340-acre Rosillo Creek Industrial Park, which is in various stages of development and upon completion, totaling more than 3 million square feet of industrial product.
“We believe this project will capitalize on strong demand from tenants needing an increasingly large footprint in the Austin/San Antonio metroplex,” said Tina Ramos, senior vice president with PCCP. “With Milam’s boots-on-the-ground expertise and track record in San Antonio, we have our finger on the pulse of this rapidly growing market and look forward to the first phase of this project.”
Dustin Volz and Dom Espinosa of JLL brokered the capital raise for this transaction. Ty Bragg of Cavender Hill will be leasing the project on behalf of the venture.
