JV Sells Northwest Medical Plaza I & III

A joint venture between i3 Interests of Houston and New York-based Atlas Real Estate Partners sold Northwest Medical Plaza I & III in Houston. Altera Development Co. LLC, headquartered in Dallas, sold the 138,373-square-foot portfolio for an undisclosed amount.

Transwestern Commercial Services’ Justin Brasell, Sara Carter and Brooks Creech represented the seller in disposing of the buildings at 800 Peakwood Dr. and 17045 Edwards St. in Houston’s near north neighborhood. TCS will handle the buildings’ leasing activities.

The buildings are connected to Houston Northwest Medical Center, which was acquired by HCA Healthcare in August 2017, as part of a Houston medical portfolio buy from Tenet.
