JV Sells 82K-SF East Austin UpCycle

Partners EverWest Real Estate Investors, George Oliver Cos. and WHI Real Estate Partners sold UpCycle, its 81,660-square-foot creative office on Austin’s east side. The buyer, Eagle River Investors LLC, is tied to JMB Financial Advisors of Chicago, according to local media.

HFF’s Drew Fuller, Kelsey Roop Shebay, Coler Yoakam and Michael George represented the seller. HFF had also arranged conversion/renovation financing for the property at 2498 E. 6^th St. in 2018. Additionally, H-E-B leased the entire building for its digital options, as well as new headquarters, for its Favor food delivery service.

UpCycle is situated on three acres. Amenities include patio space, conference space, collaborative areas, coffee bar, showers, fitness center and free, on-site parking for employees.
