$86M One City Center Planned by JV
Armada Hoffler Properties Inc. and Austin Lawrence Partners have joined forces to develop and own One City Center in downtown Durham, NC. With a price tag of $86 million, One City Center will be a 27-story, mixed-use project at the corner of Corcoran and Main Streets.
Armada Hoffler will own and develop the office and retail portions, at 130,000 square feet and 22,000 square feet, respectively. Austin Lawrence will take on the 139 residential units and two-level underground parking garage.
Construction will begin soon, with completion expected by mid-2018.
