JV Readies for $75M Phoenix MXU

LaPour Partners, headquartered in Las Vegas, has teamed with Tucson-based Holualoa to develop Camelback Collective, a $75-million, office-hotel project at 2801-2845 E. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix’s Biltmore area. The 3.6-acre site currently contains a group of buildings that were sold to the developers for $17.5 million.

Camelback Collective will consist of 120,000 square feet of office space, and a 160-room boutique hotel. Construction on the spec office and hotel is anticipated to start by year-end, with completion geared toward Q2 2018. A contractor has not yet been named.
