Oasis at Coral Reef trades for $41.M

JV Pays $41.2M for Miami-Area Senior Living Facility

Royal Senior Care has sold its 127-unit senior living facility in Miami-Dade County for $41.2 million. Winterpast Capital Partners and Vitality Senior Living acquired the Oasis at Coral Reef, at 15005 to 15060 S.W. 97th Ave. The South Florida Business Journal reports that Forbright Bank provided a $35.9 million mortgage to the buyer. Royal Senior Living broke ground on its project in 2021 with a $41.9 million construction loan. The Oasis at Coral Reef was completed on the 9.3-acre site in 2023.

The senior facility has 102 independent living, 71 assisted living, and 28 memory care rooms, a dining room, a clubhouse, a pool, a fitness center, and a beauty spa.

Berkadia’s Ross Sanders, Dave Fasano, Cody Tremper, and Mike Garbers represented the seller in the deal.
