JV Opens Leasing at D.C. Apartment Community

MRP Realty, as part of a joint venture with FRP Development Corp., has opened CODA at Bryant Street for leasing. The first 154 units at the community include both market-rate and workforce housing.

Located at 600 Rhode Island Ave., the 140,284-square-foot community features floor-to-ceiling windows, outdoor terraces, wood-style flooring, chef-designed kitchens, white quartz countertops, under-cabinet lighting and spacious wood closets. Amenities include bike storage, a clubhouse lounge, coworking space and a fitness center.

Final delivery of the first phase of the community is slated for Q3 2021 and the community will be home to more than 1,498 residential units as well as a full-service grocery anchor. The total retail space will include more than 230,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving tenants, community-based services and local and regional restaurants.
