Jv offering Houston apartment, co-habitation and micro units

JV Offering Houston Co-Living Apartment Option

Civitas Capital Group and The Shelter Companies have launched the UNITi Montrose, a mix of co-living spaces, micro-units and traditional apartments. UNITi Montrose says it’s the first major multifamily property in Houston to provide an inventory of fully furnished micro and co-living units. The nine-story building comprises of 350 leasable bedrooms and approximately 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Rents start at $1,200 a month, and pre-leasing starts this month, with move-ins scheduled for June.

Amenities include a pool and rooftop decks, a Club, Sky and TV Lounges, a fitness center and yoga room, a coworking space, meeting rooms, a podcast room, on-site bike parking, EV charging areas and a dog wash station.

Located at 701 Richmond Ave., UNITi Montrose is close to the Texas Medical Center, the largest healthcare campus in the world, Houston’s Central Business District, Rice University, the University of St. Thomas and the University of Houston. Additionally, UNITi Montrose is located within the transit overlay district.
