JV of PCCP, Stotan Industrial Launches Spec Warehouse in Mount Prospect

A joint venture of PCCP, LLC and Stotan Industrial has commenced the speculative development of a Class A, 100,400-square-foot industrial building situated on eight acres at 350 N. Wolf Rd. in Mount Prospect, IL. Site grading will commence in April, with project completion anticipated in late 2023.

“We believe this project provides PCCP with the opportunity to develop a Class A industrial building with Stotan Industrial, an experienced local developer, in a supply constrained submarket that is experiencing very low vacancy,” said Alexandra Schultz, SVP with PCCP.

Schultz added that the project will deliver a much-needed supply of Class A industrial product and trailer storage in a submarket where less than 10% of the supply was built in the last 10 years.

The site was previously home to a vacant single-story office building that was built in 1960 and had served as one of Comcast’s local Chicago offices.
