Trammell Crow JV Launches Construction on MXU Fillmore in PHX

Trammell Crow Co.’s residential arm, High Street Residential. is partnering with a fund sponsored by CBRE Global Investors to develop the The Fillmore, a mixed-use multifamily project in downtown Phoenix. The first phase of the project is situated on two acres at Fifth Avenue and Fillmore Street, and will offer 348 units, more than 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and an urban paseo. Phase 1 is scheduled to deliver in September 2021.

The project will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units, alcove studios and junior one-bedroom units. Amenities will include a clubhouse, which will offer work-from-home suites, a billiards room, kitchen and bar, and lounge. Other amenities include a fitness center and large pool deck, dog run and fire pits.

“Downtown Phoenix is home to the state’s most diverse population, and as a result, The Fillmore is designed with the goal of appealing to a wide range of potential renters,” said Trammell Crow’s Paul Tuchin.
