JV Launches Construction on 322 Units

Legacy Partners, in a joint venture with USAA Real Estate Co., broke ground on the 322-unit TriVista on Speer in Denver, CO. The seven-story development on Speer Boulevard between 13th and 14th Avenues, is expected to be completed by early 2019. KTGY is the architect, CFC Construction the general contractor, and Helaba the project lender.

The development will offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments. On-site amenities will include a business center offering office space, an outdoor pool and lounge, a two-level fitness center, dog spa, bicycle repair shop, and storage areas for bike and ski equipment.

“The close proximity to Denver’s Golden Triangle and downtown amenities make TriVista on Speer ideal for a luxury apartment development,” said Spencer Stuart, senior managing director of Legacy Partners.
