JV Developing 352-Unit MF Community in Orlando

PCCP and Fore Property Company have formed a joint venture to develop The Westerly, a planned, 352-unit multifamily community in Winter Garden. The property will be located approximately 23 miles southwest of downtown Orlando.

Located at 13324 Flamingo Crossings Blvd., the project is nearby Disney World and the surrounding resorts and retail. The nearly 16-acre site is adjacent to Walt Disney World’s 500-acre Flamingo Crossings development which is currently under construction. The garden-style community is slated for completion in late 2020.

Plans for the project call for a main entrance at the center of the site leading to a 9,000-square-foot, resort-style clubhouse. Amenities will include a residents’ lounge, fitness center with a dedicated studio, dry sauna and a co-working office space with a private conference room. Additionally, there will be a second-story outdoor deck overlooking the pool.
