Corinth Land Co. and Prattco Creekway Industrial embarked on its second joint venture, buying the Heartland Cabinet Building in Arlington, TX. Heartland Cabinet occupied the approximately 25,000-square-foot, 30-year-old building at 7900 Valcasi since 2012. The sale was financed by Southside Bank’s Fort Worth office. The sales price was not disclosed, nor was the name of the seller.

Lance Bozman, a Prattco Creekway Industrial partner, indicated that the asset was appealing because of the building, itself. Also attractive was the tenant. “Heartland’s President and Owner Marcus Scrudder has a successful business track record and this acquisition allows us the opportunity to satisfy Heartland’s real estate needs for years to come,” he added.
