JV Building 879K-SF Warehouse, Hires CBRE for Lease-Up

A joint venture of DeBartolo Development and Location Finders International Real Estate has hired CBRE to market a new 879,040-square-foot warehouse facility within the Bailly Ridge Corporate Center in Monee, IL. Construction on the facility, located at 25101 S. Ridgeland Ave., is scheduled for completion in spring 2019, and will add to what’s already 2.6 million square feet of office and distribution properties at Bailly Ridge.

CBRE’s Traci Buckingham Payette and Stephanie Park will represent DeBartolo and Location Finders. “Demand in this market is incredibly high, and this new product wil be very well-received,” said Buckingham Payette. “This is an important logistics corridor and users, especially distribution firms, will benefit from the convenience of the location.”
