JV Breaks Ground on $78M Apartment Project in Orlando

A joint venture between American Landmark Apartments and Dezer Development have broken ground on Deseo Grande, a $78 million, Class A apartment community in Orlando.

Located at 5250 International Drive in Orlando, Deseo Grande will consist of 365 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units. Amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, grilling stations, a 24-hour fitness center, pet spa and dog park. The community is scheduled for completion in April 2022, with rents likely to range from $1,500 to $2,400 per month. The project is American Landmark’s first ground-up, new-build apartment community.

“We had an unprecedented opportunity to partner with Dezer Development to build our first ground-up apartment community on a one-of-a-kind site in the heart of Orlando, and to be a part of Dezer’s visionary repositioning of the former Artegon Marketplace into a dynamic 24-hour, mixed-use community,” said Joe Lubeck, CEO at American Landmark. “Deseo Grande will be the crown jewel of our portfolio and will marry all the best design, technology and amenities that have been successfully implemented at our other high-performing multifamily properties.”
