JV Acquires Apartments in Plymouth’s The Pinehills Master-Planned Complex

A CBRE team led by Simon Butler, Biria St. John, John McLaughlin and Brian Bowler completed the sale of the Marq at The Pinehills, a 220-unit, 100% market-rate apartment community in Plymouth, MA. The buyer was Alliance Realty Partners, LLC, in a joint venture with an institutional investor. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Completed in 2016, the community is spread over more than seven acres and offers one- and two-bedroom garden-style apartment homes averaging 1,002 square feet. The property is located within The Pinehills, a 3,200-acre master-planned community including three golf courses and the Village Green, a retail experience with 25 separate retailers, including numerous restaurants.

Butler said, “We are pleased to have represented the seller in the sale of Marq at The Pinehills. The buyer is well-positioned to execute their value-add program and generate strong long-term returns given the quality of the product and The Pinehills location.”
