JV Acquires 948K-SF Industrial Property in Miami for $126M

A joint venture between BentallGreenOak and Bridge Development Partners acquired the industrial assets and development rights of the AVE Aviation & Commerce Center in Miami for $126 million.

Located at 14350 N.W. 56th Ct. in the Miami Lakes industrial submarket, the acquisition totals 948,000 square feet of combined assets, as well as an additional one million square feet of industrial and aviation-related development rights situated on 47 acres. The purchased assets consist of a 478,000-square-foot USPS facility, 15 acres occupied by car wholesaler Off Lease Only, and three multi-tenant buildings encompassing 470,000 square feet.
