Justin Collins Joins Cushman & Wakefield from Lincoln Property

Cushman & Wakefield expanded its DTLA office leasing team with the addition of Justin Collins. He joins from Lincoln Property Company as Executive Director, and will represent owners, investors, developers, and occupiers throughout SoCal.

Collins brings 17 years of CRE experience, including handling more than nine million square feet of office listings in DTLA including City National Plaza, Aon Center, and Wedbush Center. It is his second stint with Cushman & Wakefield, having served there in the early 2000s.

Recently, he was involved in Lincoln Property’s 15-acre creative office campus, The Bluffs at Playa Vista, where Fox Interactive Media leased more than 420,000 square feet of corporate HQ space.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew McDonald says, “Justin Collins is one of the most respected leasing professionals in the industry. Justin joining our team is a testament to our commitment to recruiting high character talent to better serve our clients.”
