Jupiter’s Strategic Retail Advisors Joins Forces with X Team Retail Advisors

Jupiter, FL-based Strategic Retail Advisors has joined X Team Retail Advisors as an affiliate to the latter’s commercial real estate advisory platform.

Strategic Retail Advisors was founded in 2004 and is led by partners John Aiello and Brandon Nocella. “As our firm has grown and expanded, we came to recognize the value of aligning with other top experts to share what we are seeing in our market, and fully understand conditions on a national level, in real-time,” said Nocella regarding the firm’s decision to join X Team.

X Team offers its affiliates, who head their own independent brokerage firms, a singular platform to leverage their large roster of experienced industry professionals with proven local market expertise. X Team has the ability to offer clients data and analytics and region-specific insights with the ability to scale nationally through its network. X Team Retail Advisors now includes over 350 retail real estate specialists in more than 40 markets across the U.S.
