Junto Capital Relocates to Full-Floor Space at 550 Madison Ave.

Junto Capital Management has signed a long-term lease at The Olayan Group’s Midtown office building 550 Madison Ave., the New York Business Journal reported. The investment advisory firm will take over a 25,000-square-foot space spanning the property’s entire 33rd floor, in a relocation from 450 Park Ave.

Over the past year, there has been significant leasing activity at the 41-story, 800,000-square-foot-building. Most recently, Michelin-starred restaurateur Simon Kim signed a lease to bring a new restaurant concept to the base of the building.

CBRE represented both landlord and tenant in the transaction. Representing The Olayan Group were Mary Ann Tighe, Scott Gottlieb, Howard Fiddle, Ben Joseph, Arkady Smolyansky and Alice Fair. Negotiating on behalf of Junto Capital Management were CBRE’s Munish Viralam, Ben Friedland, Taylor Scheinman and Marlee Teplitzky.
