Juneau Construction Tops Out Coconut Grove Office Property

Juneau Construction Co. topped out One Cocowalk, a new, five-story, Class A office building currently under construction in Miami’s Coconut Grove business district.

One Cocowalk will have four floors of office space above the ground-floor retail and restaurant level, as well as a rooftop terrace and event space. The property is approximately 65% pre-leased. Completion of the building is expected in the spring of 2020. Juneau is also renovating and revitalizing the retail and restaurant spaces in the surrounding CocoWalk mixed-use complex.

“CocoWalk is the most recognizable location in Coconut Grove,” said Russ Beck, operations manager for Juneau Construction. “With the entire neighborhood undergoing a massive renaissance, it is fitting that CocoWalk is leading the way.”
