Juneau Completes Clemson Student Housing Project
Juneau Construction Company, in partnership with Clemson University, completed Manning Hall, the second of three phases in the Bryan Mall High Rise student housing renovation project with architect partners BOUDREAUX and Little. The renovation introduces modern amenities, enhanced security features, improved accessibility and updated interiors.
Located in the heart of campus, the newly renovated Manning Hall offers 432 beds across 11 floors, encompassing 110,000 square feet of updated residential space. With a project value of $46.2 million, Manning Hall joins the completed renovation of Byrnes Hall, with the third and final phase slated for completion in summer 2026. Demolishing and replacing the buildings is estimated to cost $125 million for all three projects. The buildings were constructed between 1967 and 1970.
