July Closings Help Kiser’s Birk Sklar Team Kick Off Q3

The Birk Sklar team at Kiser Group celebrated a successful month of July, closing 10 deals totaling 145 units and a transaction value of nearly $12 million. Kiser Group is a Chicagoland commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in the disposition of multifamily, mixed-use, and development parcels.

Notable transactions facilitated by the team include a 31-unit multifamily property at 7451 S. Bennett for $2.85 million, a 16-unit property at 5322 W. Washington for $1.3 million, and the entire Chicago Lawn Portfolio comprised of 53 units, which sold for $3.925 million.
