JT Capital Snags 129-Unit Orlando Apartment Community

JT Capital has acquired The Q at Maitland, a 129-unit apartment community in Maitland, FL. Maitland is located in the Orlando metro area. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 430 East Packwood Ave., the community features one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units that feature chef-inspired kitchens with granite counter tops and designer cabinetry, stylish interiors, in-unit washer and dryer, private garden style patio and crown moldings. The pet-friendly community has a swimming pool with a resort-style tanning deck, fitness center, theatre, outdoor kitchen with cabana bar and controlled access for building entrances. The property was completely renovated in 2008.

Jay Ballard and Ken DelVillar of JLL represented the seller, 430 East Packwood Partners, in the transaction.
