JSN Brings Tribeca Office Condo to Market

JSN Properties has been retained to sell a high-end office condominium at 81 Walker St. in Lower Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood that started life as a noodle factory. The 7,000-square-foot space, which includes an outdoor patio, has just undergone a gut renovation. Asking price is $5.6 million.

“Watching the evolution and transformation of this space has been incredible,” said JSN’s Jeff Nissani. “The unit would be ideal for an owner-user such as a gallery, architect, media company or even a financial services firm such as a hedge fund.”

Located a few blocks from the Canal Street subway station that provides access to several major subway lines, the space has 16-foot ceilings and exposed brick walls throughout its three levels.
