JRM Commissioned for Core and Shell on UWS Condo Project

Connect Apartments is coming up on June 26th in Los Angeles. Here’s a link to find out more about the conference and to register.

JRM Construction Management has been commissioned to construct the core and shell of a luxury condominium development slated for 212 W. 95th St. on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The firm launched a core and shell business this past December, and recently was tapped for a residential project in Brooklyn.

JRM Construction will work with architects RKTB and CetraRuddy on the 18-story, 100,000-square-foot building consisting of 38 residences, ranging from two to four bedrooms. Construction began in March 2018, and is slated to be completed by the start of 2020.

“With JRM’s primary focus on corporate interiors, I’m pleased to see our expansion and repositioning in the core and shell sector,” said Kevin Griffin, JRM’s director of the core and shell division. “212 W. 95th’s intricate design and ground-up construction exemplifies our core and shell division’s growth, and we are excited to see the momentum continue.”
