JRM Builds Out HQ Space at 3 World Trade

JRM Construction Management has completed the renovation of IEX Group’s corporate office space at 3 World Trade Center. The project took 21 weeks and encompassed 44,000 square feet of corporate office space for the securities exchange.

The scope of the project included the installation of a full LED AV wall with surround sound framed with blackened steel, a glass encased feature server room with a floating ceiling, programmable feature lighting behind custom metal portals at the elevator lobby, and a glass encased command center. It also entailed a number of custom installations, including the reception desk and entry LED video wall.

JRM’s team was led by project executive David McWilliams and included project director Adam Brueckner, project manager Maggie Desmond and project estimator Peter Tornatore. Founded in 2012, IEX launched as a national securities exchange in 2016.
