JPMorgan Chase Names New Real Estate Leaders

JPMorgan Chase promoted three leaders within its CRE business unit. Priscilla Almodovar and Chad Tredway were named co-leaders of the real estate banking business, succeeding Tom Lawyer, while Alice Carr was selected to lead community development banking.

Chase’s Al Brooks said, “In these new expanded roles, all three leaders will provide our clients with the financial resources, specialized expertise and insights to navigate through market cycles and continue to develop their communities.”

Since joining Chase in 2010, Almodovar has led its community development banking team in lending and investing in affordable housing and community development projects. Previously, as CEO of the New York State Housing Finance Agency, she was credited with reforming the agency.

Tredway, who joined Chase in 2008, oversaw its real estate banking’s sales strategy, and led the commercial term lending business in the East Region. Carr managed community development real estate teams in Chase’s West and Southwest regions.
