JPMorgan Chase Expands Denver Commercial Real Estate Team

JPMorgan Chase expanded its Commercial Term Lending (CTL) group with the addition of Joshua Tidwell as Client Manager for Multifamily Lending in Denver, CO. Tidwell is responsible for providing multifamily finance solutions to real estate investors in Colorado, offering certainty and speed of execution in any cycle.

Chase CTL’s Nicholas Bley says, “We’re continuing to see strong economic fundamentals in Denver that make it a premier place for real estate investment over the long run.”

Tidwell brings 12 years of experience serving commercial real estate clients in Denver as an Originator and Portfolio Manager. He joins the firm from TCF Bank, where he was a Senior Relationship Manager focused on growing the CRE platform throughout the U.S. central region. He previously held lending roles at Key Bank and Guaranty Bank.
