JPMorgan Chase Adds Three

New York-based JPMorgan Chase expanded its real estate banking group with the addition of a trio of senior executives who bring a combined 57 years of experience. The new leaders include Kenya Williams, James Whelan and David Kern.

JPMorgan’s Chad Tredway said, “California, New York and Florida are important markets for JPMorgan, and we are hiring talented and experienced bankers to help us best serve our clients.”

They will work with top-tier real estate developers, investors and operating companies to provide the financial resources, specialized expertise and insights to navigate market cycles.

  • Kern is based in Tampa and brings 28 years of experience. He joins from Regions Bank’s REB group.
  • Whelan is based in New York City and has 17 years of experience. He joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s REB group.
  • Williams is based in Los Angeles and adds 12 years of experience. She joins from PNC’s REB group.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
