After successfully completing the first phase of Jefferson West Love, JPI has broken ground on the second phase of the $200 million mixed-use development. The Irving, TX-based developer will add 354 units to the west side of Mockingbird Lane. Residents of the new community will enjoy concierge service, a bike storage and repair room, a resort-style pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio.
Located near Dallas Love Field and the Medical District, Jefferson West Love will eventually include up 200,000 square feet of office space (developed by local firm KDC), 65,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a $40 million, 244-room combination Aloft and Element hotel by Westin.
“In one of the nation’s most robust markets for multifamily homes, Jefferson West Love combines luxury, upscale living with the livable, walkable environment that the West Love development provides,” said Matt Brendel, senior vice president and development partner at JPI.
