
JPI Secures Construction Financing $190M Santa Clarita MF
Irving, TX-based JPI unveiled plans to develop Jefferson Vista Canyon, a 480-home luxury apartment community in Santa Clarita, CA. The company secured construction financing for $190 million at 17350 Humphreys Parkway that is expected to deliver by spring 2020.
Dallas-based Comerica Bank and Los Angeles-based Colony Credit Real Estate will provide construction financing for Jefferson Vista Canyon. The community is the first major residential development within JSB Development’s Vista Canyon, a new 185-acre, mixed-use walkable community.
Jefferson Vista Canyon has a range of floor plans, some with rooftop decks. Community amenities include: Two resort-style pools, with spas and cabanas and large-screen TVs; two state-of-the-art fitness centers that incorporate multi-use studios for yoga and spin classes; a fitness center geared to functional training with suspension training equipment; a clubhouse; a “Speakeasy” lounge; a rooftop deck with barbecue area and fire pit; and a dog park and washing station.
